KMRE Group are intending to apply for planning permission to build 97 executive apartments which include 1, 2 and 3 bedroom designs all of which benefits not only from a great specification but also a residents amenity space. In addition, the proposed development includes the delivery of a commercial unit which assists in retaining the character of the High Street.

The current design has been thoughtfully created by taking into consideration the previous planning consent (released for student accommodation) as well as historic and future Southampton city policies and architecture.

KMRE Group believe the new proposals introduce a higher standard of design that compliments the city surroundings and the alteration to residential apartments produces a reduced number of residents versus the current consent.
